    – Non Fat Chocolate Ice cream with 25% Fiber and no added sugar ( Sounds amazing )
    – Protein Bars
    – Fiber Bars

    – Protein shakes

    As for dessert, I would pick a fruit based dessert when I’m on a diet. Healthy meals include veggies and grains and protein.
